Alanna McVey is a seasoned equestrian with experience in riding, training, and barn management across North America. She began her career running her own program in Mexico, later working at top barns in Canada and Los Angeles — including Bridgeport Farms with John Bragg — developing riders and horses at a competitive level.

At Sage Creek, Alanna brings a calm, thoughtful presence and leads our Equine Recreational Therapy Program, offering horse-assisted activities that support emotional wellness, physical development, and personal growth for individuals of all ages and abilities.

With over 20 years of experience in the equestrian industry, Falyn brings a deep and versatile background to Sage Creek Stables. For the past decade, she has managed and operated a full-service breeding, training, sales, and care facility, with a specialized focus on the Friesian breed.

Falyn’s training foundation spans multiple disciplines, including Dressage, Western Pleasure, and lower-level Hunters. She is known for maintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism, and operational excellence in all aspects of horse management and training.

Passionate about helping riders at every stage of their journey, Falyn is committed to supporting each individual’s goals while fostering a positive and empowering experience in the equestrian world.

Reshma Pendleton took her passion as a dedicated barn mom and stepped in to lead Sage Creek Stables at a time when it needed new direction. What began as a leap of faith has grown into a small, close-knit community where horses are well cared for, and people find peace, purpose, and connection.

While Reshma doesn’t ride herself, you’ll often find her at the barn teaching little ones about horses with the help of her beloved mini horse rescues, cheering on her daughter in the arena, or simply soaking in the joy of the community she helped cultivate. Sage Creek thrives thanks to a supportive team and the shared love of horses that brings everyone together.
